My cobyMP620 is frozen on a song.. I tried resetting it and i tryed hooking it up to a computer but Nothing works

I've had an issue similar on my sansa, I had to take the thing apart using small screw drivers and a breakdown I found online and disconnected the battery. Once I put it back together it was good as new. Otherwise you may need to look into replacing it.

Sansa MP3 player not working

you should try to reset it...take the sansa mp3 player and take the 4 screws out of the back and then remove the metal casing...then take the battery out....leave the battery out and press the power button....after you do that put the case back on and plug it into your computer if that dont work i would take the back off and then the face plate off and clean all the internal compnets....soon i will have a video showing how to do that on youtube....check frequently... i will have it up this weekend

Sansa MP3 player has frozen screen

With the Sandisk you can just open up the battery compartment and pop the battery out for a second, then if you put it back in and turn the mp3 player on, it should work just fine. This is easier to do with the older ones that take AAA's, but unfortunately with the e250 you need a little screwdriver to remove the battery. (But the other day I used the flat part of a piece of jewelry; you can use whatever you have :D )

Sansa completely frozen

Try removing the batteries to force it to shut down. Wait about 30 seconds, then put the battery back in. This will force the Sansa to restart, after which it should work.

No power

Sounds like it may be frozen.

Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then try turning it on.

If that doesnt work, remove the 4 screws on the back and take out the battery. Leave it out for a minute or two, then put it back in place and try powering it on.

Best of Luck.
