The rollers are broken. It doesn't **** in the papers. I'm pretty sure I need to replace the parts but I have no idea what the parts' numbers are (maybe I can buy the whole Doc Feeder Unit?). But mainly, I have no idea how to remove the broken ones. There are no screws!
"you will need to open the whole units back side and the left and right side flaps" this does not make sense to me. the doc feeder is not inside the printer. i'm talking about the doc feeder on the "lid" to the printer. the roller (LE2919001) that pulls the paper in (papers to be copied not blank papers) is broken and i don't know how to remove them. where is the guy who said might be able to get me a service manual? thanks!"you will need to open the whole units back side and the left and right side flaps"

Here is the part you are going to need to replace: Click Here As for the manual ekse has already gave you a link unfortunately there is no free manual for this machine.
You will need to open the whole units back side and the left and right side flaps.there are screws internally but before you will have to remove the locks which r in the flaps.you can use thin knife like material to open the printer.

Clean all the rollers in the ADF with a damp lint free cloth. Depending on wear, they may need to be changed, but try cleaning first. Where the paper stack rests there will be either a pad or roller, make sure it is clean too.
If the automatic document feeder (ADF) does not pick up any pages at all, the rollers
inside the automatic document feeder need to be cleaned.
If the automatic document feeder picks up multiple pages instead of single
sheets, the separator pad inside the automatic document feeder needs to be cleaned.
SolutionLoad one or two sheets of unused plain white full-size paper into the document
feeder tray, and then press Start Copy Black
to pull the pages through the
automatic document feeder. The plain paper releases and absorbs residue from the
rollers and separator pad.NOTE:If the automatic document feeder does not pick up the plain paper, try
cleaning the front roller. Wipe the roller with a soft lint-free cloth dampened
with distilled water.
If the problem persists, or the automatic document feeder does not pick up the plain
paper, clean the rollers and separator pad manually. Follow the procedures below to remove the face
plate from the front of the automatic document feeder, access the pick assembly
inside the automatic document feeder, clean the rollers or separator pad, and then
reattach the face plate.
If the document feeder is not feeding paper properly, the first thing I would suspect is the feed rollers ( 2 or 3 in total,) as they have the tendency to become dirty and worn. My suggestion would be to open the document feeder, take a clean rag and some general cleaner (no solvent,) and wipe down each roller as best you can. This will act to remove any trapped dirt or debris in the feed roller traction marks, and thus give you a more reliable document feeder. However, if this fails to alleviate the issue and the rollers appear worn, replacing them would be your next step.
I would suggest precisionroller.com as a good source for printer, copier, and fax supplies.
Step one: Check the paper in the ADF
The condition of the paper or the amount of paper loaded in the ADF might prevent the ADF from picking it up and feeding it through the product.
Make sure that no more than 50 sheets of paper are in the ADF input tray.
Make sure the original is not photo paper or carbon paper. These types of originals must be loaded on the scanner glass.
Make sure the original document that is loaded in the ADF meets the following criteria:
Free from curls, folds, creases, and tears
Does not have staples or clips attached
Step two: Make sure the ADF pick assembly is in good working condition
Remove the document feeder and open the ADF cover.
While lifting the blue-green lever, carefully rotate the pick assembly toward the open ADF cover until it stops.
Examine the pick assembly.
Make sure the bottom roller is held firmly in place by the two-catch, which is located to the left and the right of the roller.
Make sure the stack stopper, which is located between the top and bottom rollers, fits within the double slots just above the bottom roller. The stack stopper should move freely within the double slots to flow up and down when the whole pick assembly is lifted and lowered into position.
Return the pick assembly to its original position.
When the product is turned on, the top roller will reset to its original position above the separator pad. There will be a gap between the separator pad and the top roller.
If there is no gap between the ADF top roller and the separator pad, press the Power button to turn off the product.
Wait three to five seconds and then press the Power button to turn the product on. The ADF rollers should reset to the correct positions.
Close the ADF cover and replace the document feeder.
Step three: Clean the rollers and separator pad
Remove the document feeder and open the ADF cover.
While lifting the blue-green lever, carefully rotate the pick assembly toward the open ADF cover until it stops.
Lightly dampen a clean, lint-free cloth with distilled water, and then squeeze any excess liquid from it.
Use the damp cloth to wipe any residue off the rollers and the separator pad. If the residue does not come off using distilled water, use isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol on the cloth instead.
Return the pick assembly to its original position.
Close the ADF cover and replace the document feeder.
Step four: Detaching and re-attaching the ADF pick roller assembly
If the ADF pick assembly is detached or not connected properly, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
If the ADF pick assembly works well, do not perform these steps.
Press the Power button to turn off the All-in-One.
Remove the document feeder and open the ADF cover.
Press the blue-green ADF-release button to release the ADF rollers from the pick assembly as shown in the figure below (the red arrow is pointing to the ADF release button).
Re-attach the ADF pick rollers by placing the rollers into the roller slot of the ADF pick assembly as shown in the figure below.
The red arrows show the gears on the ADF pick assembly aligned on one side. The yellow arrows point to the two-catch notch.
Once the rollers are placed on the two-catch notch, push them in, so that the two-catch clicks into place.
The photo below shows a correctly installed ADF pick assembly.
Close the ADF assembly and cover.
Turn the product on and make a copy with the ADF to check that the pick assembly works.
there is the possiblity that the document feed rollers and seperation pads are dirty and need cleaning and or replaced. and or the clutch that turns the rollers is slipping or burned out.
i would start with the rollers and pad they are least expensive and easiest to replace.
The feed rollers may be worn out and need to be replaced, you can try cleaning the rollers with some alcohol, this may also make it feed better. but if it starts to act up again it might be time for new rollers.
Clean the rubber rollers with Isopropyl alcohol. Pls dont use solvents. Daily you need to wipe the scanner and rollers with a damp cloth for best performance.

Lift the cover to the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) and remove any paper debris from the rollers. Also, clean the rollers with a very damp cloth and a dab od dish washing detergent.
Also, check to see that the spring loaded lever is in place.
Clear the jam from the automatic document feeder (ADF)
Make sure the product is turned off and the power cord is unplugged.
Grasp the upper edge of the automatic document feeder (ADF) assembly and open it.
Raise the roller assembly.
Gently remove any jammed paper from the ADF.
Lower the roller assembly.
Close the ADF assembly.
Plug the power cord back into the product.
Press the Power button ( ) to turn the product on.
Try the print job again.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it. Thanks, Joe
Like a worn running shoes, the paper feed roller of the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) have lost it's traction and has to be replaced or cleaned. Paper just slids and doesn't picked up properly without that little push. Professional servicers use a cleaner specifically designed for rubber rollers. However, YOU CAN get extra miles on it by dabbing a Q-tip in warm water and cleaning the paper feed roller on the ADF. Like all eletrical devices, the unit has to be turned off and unplugged before working on it. Take all precationary measures and goodluck.
