Brother HL2070N printed 1 page fine,then nothing but light streak

I have a Brother HL 2070N, that has worked fine for over a year. Then just the other day it printed 1 page clear, then the next page, and all other pages come out with only light streaks.

There are no trouble lights flashing. There have been no paper jams, and the toner cartrige was recently replaced with a refurbished cartridge. This is only the second cartridge.

Turn off printer, remove cartridge and drum and clean internally.
reinstall drum and cartridge and do a test print, hopefully all will be better.

Brother hl2070n
Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

Paper jams, white streaks

this problem occures from the sensor found in the outgoing of the paper just before the fuser, if you are not technition check all sensors.

HL-2070N will not properly print
My guess is the problem is with Firefox trying to print the page and not the printer. Try to go to File > Print Preview and see if it looks normal there. If not, I have 3 suggestions:
  1. Try to change the "Page Options" or "Scale" under the Print Preview
  2. Try to install and use the Firefox Add-On "IE Tab". This gives you the choice to display the page with Internet Explorer, while still using Firefox. You can turn on IE Tab, and then try to print. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1419
  3. Upgrade to Firefox 3.
