Re: Paper won't load on Canon MX310 printer
Well, you should first know where the paper should go. (open the cover on the back) If the paper is in there and it is still not working, then it could be defective. Is it a new printer? If it is an old printer, try cleaning the rollers that grab the paper with a q-tip wit some alcohol on it.
The printer worked fine a few weeks ago but then I ran out of paper. Now its like the printer won't load the paper. It tries but is not successful. I feel kind of stupid but I need help loading printer paper.
I have exactly the same problem with my Canon Pixma MX850 printer. It was working fine, then I tried to load more paper. A FAX came in and it tried to print it and said there's no paper in the casette. I keep getting readings there's no paper in the cassette, no matter what I do. Meanwhile, a little plastic piece, I think a guide, came off the side. The printer is stuck on Fax and no other settings will work while it's trying to print that Fax but won't find the paper that's in there. I've had the printer a couple weeks, only used it a few times.
