Have you installed an anti-virus? Sometimes that kind of problem is cause by virus. Try to install an anti-virus and scan all the drives. Since its a brand new phone, bringing it to a service center is the best thing to do. Use the manufacturer warranty to get it free of charge.

Just remove the memory card from your mobile, connect to a desktop pc using a card reader. Before connecting ensure that your desktop PC is installed with a good antivirus software with latest updates. Then scan your memory card for virus and remove all the virus from it. If the data present in the card is not needed then it is recommended to go for formatting the card.

go get yourself a copy of avg antivirus free edition and use that to scan and remove the virus that should work for you or you can reformat the card that might work but i recomend using avg to get rid of it

Boss...The best way would be to get a 32Mb memory card or any size for that matter and copy the virus removal tool onto the memory card (you would need a memory card reader that is connected to a PC and then just copy the file to the memory card),
This way you just load the memory card onto the phone,(or you may keep it on a phone with bluetooth and just send it to the phone that is infected with the virus). no follow this..

open the Tools folder.

Open the File Mngr. program.

Locate the SymcMTRT.sis file and open it.

Click Yes when you see the following message:

Install Symantec Mobile Threats Removal Tool?

Choose Continue and then click OK.

Click Exit to exit the file manager.

Click Back to exit the Tools folder.

Open the SymcMTRT application... please do download symantic mobile threats removal tool.. its free..sofware.... enjoy ...Cheers!!

yeah it is definitely a virus, remove it with a updated virus remover.

The best bet would be to format both your phone and memory card, although be sure to have a backup of important data. Reformat the card on your computer with a card reader and not using your phone as the virus may just re-infect it as soon as you are done.

1. Remove memory card from phone
2. Format memory card using computer
3. Format phone by pressing *#7370# on the keypad (you will need your security code)
4. Re-insert your memory card and restore your data.
