The simple answer is that you don't. (Part of the clue is in the different name : SD vs SIM.) A phone SIM is essentially a cut-down credit card format with that type of connector. (Not the same protocols etc, though.) But if you truly do want to connect a mobile SIM to a PC, there used to be suitable specialist adaptors to USB available. It's not normally a common requirement, though.

In order to produce 100 watts at 120 volts, the current will be 1.2 amps. But if you are producing that power from 12 volts input, the current will be at least 10 times the output current, and that would be at 100% efficiency, which is impossible to achieve, The efficiency could be assumed to be around 70% though, meaning that the current input required to produce 100 watts at the output would be somewhere around 13 amps. That's a lot of continuous power drawn from a cig. lighter, and the load might blow the fuse or breaker for that circuit.

USB devices like you have can be repaired on a temporary basis. I have reconnected the broken tracks and copied successfully the data over to a new USB device.
An electronics engineer with soldering skills should have no issue with the temporary repair. I have no idea where you are so will not offer a repair service.

Files must have the correct extension. i.e. .wav or .mp3 or whatever the music player requires. You may need to convert the sound file to a different type for the device to see it. It may show in one device and not another for this reason
