This is the REAL answer if you see the 6cf error code it's to do with the plug.
I had the error code 6cf and it took hours to work out what was wrong and it was so simple... the pump unit needs to be plugged straight into the mains plug. Wont go away or work of your using an extension cable.
After I plugged it into the mains plug directly error code disappeared fully working.
Hope this helps people and saves them hours of dread thinking they bought a broken unit.
wrong reader or plugged in wrong
Bios scans it and if missing or connected wrong, or wrong reader
then 918 trips, but the PC run good , just ignore the boot error
the other 2 errors on mine are 917 fron audio and 512 rear fan bad.
but runs till the cows come home.

Error code E000019-0000 is a waste toner full error, so to get rid of this error you remove the waste toner bottle which is located left rear side of the machine and dispose the waste toner and dont forget to clean the neck of the bottle because the waste toner might obstract the toner sensor passege and then switch off then on and you are up and running. Below is your support page to get a manual. http://www.usa.canon.com/opd/controller?act=OPDSoftwareAct&fcategoryid=2275&modelid=918
We did some extensive research and somehow found a service manual for our Samsung unit online. According to its section 4-1 "Error Items and Diagnostic Codes" the following is the problem: (code) FE - (description) Power source frequency error - (Trigger) Invalid power source frequency - (Action taken) Check for: (a) Not using regular power source frequency (b) Invalid power frequency sense circuit. In other words, either the thing you have plugged your machine into is faulty, the electricity itself is of poor quality where you live, or the sensor within the unit is faulty and giving an erroneous error code. In our case, we had our machine hooked up to a cheap surge protector; which we thought might be the likely source of our problem in the light of the error code description above. So I tried connecting it to a commercial extension cord (I still got an FE code). So I tried moving the extension cord to another room's circuit, thinking maybe it was localized in the laundry room (I still got an FE code). So, I am guessing we either have a bad "power frequency sensor" or the problem is due to the terrible electricity we have where we live (i.e. that the power frequency fluctuates too much due to our local power company's poor system). Regardless, I hope this answer helps somebody with the "FE code" problem, now that you know what the code means.
Your probably using the extension cable that came with the unit, try plugging the device directly into one of the rear ports on your computer without the USB extension cable, it should recognize.
