Go to an online appliance parts store and enter your model number on the page. You should get at least one exploded parts diagram. Look at the section for the door - the pieces of the hinge mechanism are shown there. Identify the broken piece. The one I looked at (called a "door cam") was a bit over $5, but I didn't provide a link because I don't know what model you have.
The fun part is figuring out how to disassemble the door so you can change the part. There might be a YouTube video showing the procedure. I strongly suggest having someone help you by holding the door while you undo the fasteners. You may be able to disassemble the broken hinge and leave the other in place (check the parts on that one before you order in case that also needs a new piece), but you should still have a helper.
First make sure treadmill is disconnected from any power source. Most saftey keys just break the circuit by the plastic key between two contacts. You should be able to insert a piece of plastic into the slot on the control panel and bypass the saftey switch. Then reconnect the treadmill to power and try.
This merchant carries Saeco/Gaggia parts. You may have to get the disc and peg as a set. Part number/description is: "GG1038/01/A Crema disc for portafilter. Use with 2-cup basket"

hi, the only way you qwill get a replacement is if you go to a small phone shop that sells and repairs phones and then they might have some spares off phones they have taken apart for spares, but as for buying a new piece you just would never find one to be able to buy a new one.
So your best bet would be try a small phone shop and see if they have got any spare parts for your phone as they sometimes keep all the good parts off the phones that they have had come in that are beyond repair, but failing that it would be near impossible to find somewhere that could get you the parts cheap enough to make it financially worth it.
Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
Try to find a junk drive somewhere...old computer, used parts sale, etc...and remove the plastic piece from the old drive...carefully...and install it on your drive. Yes, it would be easier to buy a new one, but you can't. Just not sold at the retail level. This part is the same on virtually all cd and dvd drives so you don't have to look for a specific drive. Even a drive from a desktop will have the correct plastic piece.
You can buy them at GMPartsDirect.com.The parts#'s are 15938039 &15938040.They are about $57 for both clips.Just bought some online (4/2/09).These are new part numbers that replaced the original part numbers.Good Luck!
