I have just changed the fuser unit and the printer is still giving the
same error [fuser error and low heating] Kindly help.

Clean the feed rollers.

Normally it is fro corrupt data or bad cables.

A critical firmware error has occurred that

Sounds like an issue with the feed rollers. The roller on the left side might be hung up and is causing the corner to fold over when the paper is pulled through. I would try checking the feed rollers in either the actual tray or the back of the printer. Another thing to check is the other tray (the manual one). Does the paper fold? this should help you narrow down where the problem lies.

Remove the right side cover, top cover, remove the formatter board and you will see the controller board. Don't have to label the wires, each one goes into its own connector.

Try replacing the cartridge first and then the fuser

Typical of this machine. You have worn out feed rollers in tray 2. There are three of them, two in the top of the machine after removing the tray and one in the tray itself

Perhaps just a bit of dust or a scrap or paper is fooling around in or close by the sensor. That is one of the reasons maintenance always use a vacuum cleaner.

1st thing to do is upgrade the firmware. Go to hp.com and look for the software and drivers. Drill down to the firmware and read the instructions.

50.4 is a problem with the fuser, likely a bad heating element.

you'll need to file the actual print "button" if you print "screen" this will happen all the time

are you using the manual feed tray? If not try that as a solution.

Paper not being picked up, does it have a 3rd tray, take all paper out of tray 2 and see if you can get paper to feed from 3. Also make sure the lever on the cassette tray is in the normal position and check the menu in the settings. Some times the front registration area above the cassettes goes bad, not very common but does happen...place som toner on the wheels in tray two and try to print, see if the toner rubs onto the paper, if it does means wheels are turning, if not wheels are not turning....

Replace toner cartridge and see if clears. If no change, order a fuser assembly and replace, its fairly easy.

I would pull out the paper tray, and clean the underside roller. First try to clean it without moving the clips. Use a cotton cloth or lint free cloth and alcohol. Get as much paper dust off as you can. This might help you out.

Go to hp webite and download resent firmware and that should fix it. Just for kicks, change the toner cartridge out. I saw one causing 49 errors because the gears were locked up, causing gears no to turn. Good luck

I have seen many diferent 41.3 errors. Start by making sure tray is set to standard instead of custom and reset machine to factory settings. Next change out the roller assembly behind the tray 1. It has the selonoid on it. I have seen that cause it before. I would just replace the entire tray 1 to solve the no lift. good luck

There may be a problem with the print driver. Try deleting the printer from your computer and then re-adding it. Print driver can be downloaded at www.hp.com. in case you have lost your installation CD. Good luck !
