Hp 4350 error code 50.3

I have just changed the fuser unit and the printer is still giving the
same error [fuser error and low heating] Kindly help.

1 Turn the printer off and allow it to cool
down.
2 Verify that the correct model of fuser is
installed.
3 Verify that the correct voltage fuser is
installed.
4 Reinstall the fuser, and check the
connection between the fuser and the
printer. Replace the connector if it is
damaged.
5 Replace the fuser.
6 Replace the dc controller PCA. See
Dc controller PCA.
7 Replace the power-supply assembly.

Ok, this will cover number 2 and 3 above. a lot of 3rd party vendors ship the wrong fuser out. remove the fuser, check the white label, and make sure the part number reads RM1-1082 xxx. any other number, and you have the wrong fuser. also, place your original fuser back in. if you have the same error that your replacement fuser is giving you (and both have part number RM1-1082 on them), then replace the power supply assembly (RM1-1070-040CN), and if that doesn't work, then do a DC controller (RM1-1108-130CN). best of luck.
