Would you be so kind as to send me the owner's manual- the little sheet that describes parts, directions, and so on. Also, we no longer have the charger for the battery. What does it look like? The camera belongs to my elderly mother and she cannot find it. I took the battery to Batteries Plus to be tested and they said it is ok but needed to be recharged. thankyou very much!!!!

You must remove the head unit and send it out for repair. You can't buy parts or instructions to repair it at home. Call your local dealer for a local repair shop they use and deal directly with them, they can often supply instructions on removing the old unit from the dash. You can also find repair shops online for a reduced price, down time is longer in most cases.

Check your owner's manual or at least try to describe what the icon looks like. what kind of solution were you expecting when you just tell someone there's an icon in your dash you don't recognize?

You may have its user manual with you I thinks. Go to its page [52 - Lock Menu Options]. It is very diffficult to describe all here by this window. You will get all information about parential lock there. If you don't have its user manual, send your email address to me by FixYa comment box. I'll send a copy of the manual to you by return mail. I can't send it by this window as you know. OK.

Bosch will give free tech support to figure out your problem. 800-798-8161. Check your paperwork if it is still in warranty they will send free replacement parts. If out of warranty go to www.houseneeds.com for replacement parts. Check the "Flow switch" a long two tubes with two little micro switches and a little round hat or sombrerro that MOVES when the H20 is turned on. IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THESE, it should turn on one or two micro switches. If you have this part it should be described in your "Owners manual". If you no longer have the owners manual you can get one free at www.bosch.com It will give you trouble shooting guide and or you can call them even out of warranty then purchase replacement parts.

If the model number you listed this question under is correct, there is a thermal fuse (also known as a bi-metal) located inside the control panel of the dishwasher. The part number for the thermal fuse replacement is W10258275.

If you type in your model number you can utilize the exploded view parts diagrams at pcappliancerepair.com, appliancepartspros.com or searspartdirect.com to assist you in locating the part. The fuse is listed as item 6 under the "Control Panel Parts" section.


To replace the fuse, follow these steps:

1. Make sure the dishwasher is unplugged or the breaker is turned off.

2. Open the door and remove only the top screws directly behind the control panel.

3. Remove the protective cover from back of the control panel to expose the main control board.

The thermal fuse should be mounted to the control board. If you remove it and take a resistance check, it should read close to 0 ohms, if good. If bad, replace as necessary.

If you no longer have an owner/operator manual for your dishwasher, you can go to mangemylife.com and obtain one. Just type in your model number under the "Manuals" link and your owner's and installation manuals are available in .pdf (Adobe) format that you can download or print for FREE.

If you need a troubleshooting guide, all these appliances have a technical data sheet inside them that qualified repairmen refer to. The tech sheet includes all troubleshooting data and wiring diagrams. You can access it usually by removig the lower toe panel under the door. If its not located directly behind the panel, its usually located under the wash tub. Some manufacturers place the tech sheet behind the inner door panel.
