Go into you settings.(click the "set" button) Then you can change a host of options as you scroll right (hitting the trashcan icon) - including removing the time / date stamp.
turn flash off, or turn to still picture no flash. I believe it looks like a flower on the adjustment knob. On Kodak camera's anyways. Just turn off the flash or cover it
Force the flash to go off, this will get rid of any shadows on people. If it's bright outside, the flash won't fire automatically, you need to force it.
I have an S1000fd and to get rid of the yellow camera icon with the exclamation mark next to it I pushed the button on the side of the flash to pop the flash up. Its a low light level indicator basically.
The best way to avoid red-eye is to have the flash as far away from the
lens as possible. If you can mount an external flash onto the flash
bracket, use that instead of a built-in or pop-up flash. Similarly, you
can use bounce mode to make the light fall on the subject at a
different angle/direction from the lens.
I have the Olympus e-410 and I cant get the pictures to upload to my PC. I have connected it and have gone into easy print and normally that works. I have even had to turn the camera off and on a few times and then it will kick in but it wont do any of that this time. I cant find the manual and it was my husbands camera before we got married and he only upload once before that. HELP!
Guys - I just recevied a new H9 today. Was using it and decided to turn
the flash off. Later on I wanted to turn it back on and I got the
famous "flash settings cannot be changed" error message. I found the
problem. I had turned on the "continuous shooting" option as I wanted
to see how fast it would take photos continuously. When that option is
on, you cannot use the flash so therefore you cannot change the flash
settings. I put the camera back in "single-shot" mode and now the flash
works fine. I hope this fixes your issue.
:l i cant get rid of my flash on my camera HELPPP
