Hello there, I keep on getting a 403 forbidden access when I enter a ubisoft site. how do I fix this?

The website you are trying to access is locking you out. It seems from what you indicated, you do have internet, but if it requires going though some portal or gateway on the Panasonic, that will often have a few settings that allow things to pass through. This should be easily found in the manual, the support on the website, or a quick email to support. It might also be something as simple as you are actually getting to the internet, accessing a site, and that site that is automatically set into the panasonic is no longer active or refuses you. Ty getting to that point and then accessing a different website like google, etc.

You do not have permission to enter a particular web page given the URL that you are trying to use. Some URL's will place us several directories deep into a web site, but the site does not want that round-a-bout access. It want you to navigate through the site. If you are having this problem by clicking a link within the web site itself (and it is not sending you to another site) then somewhere there sits a programmer who did not do a very good job. By far the most common reason for this error is that directory browsing is forbidden for the Web site. Most Web sites want you to navigate using the URLs in the Web pages for that site. They do not often allow you to browse the file directory structure of the site

apparently you don`t have the credentials ( rights, password, etc) to enter that sight.

Try adding that site to your trusted sites

The message means that the site to which you are trying to access will not grant permission to the URL making the request. Some sites do not like users to access certain web pages without first having to navigate through their site.

For example, if you try to access the following URL address:

www.checkupdown.com/accounts/grpb/B1394343/

you will receive the 403 message because you are trying to get into the site several directories deep. The server wants you to enter the site at w.checkupdown.com

This article explains it far better than I can. My hunch is that this is not a resolvable issue by us.
