Question about Computers & Internet
There could be multiple reasons, but you list no other details.
Sometimes your computer cache is too full and you just need to clear an offline data. Both your computer and your website browser can do this for you.
Sometimes your internet speed is too slow. If you are trying to watch it in HD you can drop down to regular speed. If this is still a problem then you need a faster internet connection.
Lastly, it could be a problem with your Netflix account. If the administrator set up a password for videos rated adult there may be a block. You will need to enter a pass code to watch it.

SOURCE: how can i instal netflix in mexico? i live in
If you go to netflix.com and login you will be able to click "your account and help" at the top right. Then you login with your WII and a code will come up. You enter that code into the website and netflix will be activated on your WII. You may have to use a VPN server that will make your WII look like its in the US but I'm not sure. You can google "VPN servers" and find several. Good luck :-)

SOURCE: HOW DOES NETFLIX WORK AND WHAT EQUIPTMENT DO I NEED TO WATCH IT ON TV
I am assuming you are residing in the US. Providing that and that you have an internet connection, you're pretty much set up. Make sure your browser is up to date and will work with Microsoft Silverlight (most modern web browsers do). Sign up for the service or start your free trial. What else do you need to go with netflix? Popcorn maybe?
