I can't see deep freez icon
i can't see in add & remove deepfreeze installion but deepfreez is run in my pc
Hello guys,
im a newbie here soooo if smthng goes wrong dnt mind....my prob is that i installed deep freeze n when my pc restarted it showed me an error msg that it cudnt find the installtion files or smthng like that...now i tried to uninstall it but it asks me to disable its protection which i cant do coz nothing's working..the icon in the system tray is also not working nor any thing else..it also is not being shown in add/remove program and i cant even treminate its process..now can anybody tell me that what should i do about like to unistall it please?????

I have found the solution and i want to share with all you that have this problem. Go to this blog http://deepunfreezer.blogspot.com/ and download ANTI DEEP FREEZE. It works and you can disable is with no problems.

I'm the one who know the solution just download revo uninstaller.. after installing just go to hunter mode. you just move the green icon to the deep freeze.. then click uninstall that's all..
You will see the deep freeze icon on the taskbar closer to where the clock display is, press down your shift key then click on the deep freeze icon till a dialogue box appear. if you use a password for your deep freeze insert the password and click on boot thwart. restart your computer then you will discover that deep freeze has been disabled.
Returnil Virtual System - which is a free software is an alternate to deep freeze.
Problem no icon on system tray......
restart pc press f8 click on last known configuration....from then you can see the deep freeze icon click on it and thawed then restart......
press f8 again click on last known configuration now you can see the deep freeze icon disabled.....now you can uninstall it using your deep freeze installer.....
It's easy. run the instalation and clik uninstal with the same version u have.

If so then please tell me the methods by which i can clean my computer from inside without opening it. As i am very much afraid of opening the computer from inside is there any other way to clean the computer hardware internally.

hmmmm.... this will help you uninstall deepfreez that has been expire ...
at first i try a lot of program to disable it but i failed, i read a forum says that u have to repair your computer using your windows OS it takes a lot of time but got it failed again , the only way i disable it is to reformat my computer and leave my old file...
But know i discover a new way of removing it by simply downloading some program like
"Anti-Executable" .
to remove it first:
1. you have to download "Anti-Executable"
2. c: or where you install the deepfreeze
3. program file "Faronics"
4. "Deep Freeze"
5.Install C-0
6. DFServ (double click it)
7. _$Df
8. FrzState2k
there you go you can now see the icon on your desktop and disable it for you to uninstall it hope this may work cause i tried so many uninstaler for this deepfreeze but failure at the end
i just accidentally try this one and it works no more reformat of pc to disable it.
This is just a simple step that i discover bout this deepfreeze program i hope this would help you^^.

Same problem here. Just this morning the Deep Freeze icon was gone in the System Tray. It's still running but then again I can't access the its control panel if ever I'd want to disable it. Still looking for some fix online but couldn't find anything.
Hold down the shift key and double-click on the Deep Freeze icon. Alternatively, you can press Crtl-Alt-Shift-F6. You should now see a password dialog.
Enter your password and click OK. If you have not yet entered a password you should be able to click OK without entering anything. You should now see a dialog with boot options.
Select "Boot thawed" and click OK. This will disable Deep Freeze on the next reboot.
Reboot your machine. After the machine reboots you are ready to uninstall Deep Freeze
