Hi Good day!! try this method i hope it helps you
Turn on your printer and open up the cover of your printer this will bring the print head to the center after that remove the cartridges and then pull out the power cord and wait a couple of minutes "Note: don't use the off button. after that turn on the printer, now your printer will recognize that the ink cartridges is missing, after that re insert the cartridges one at the time. close the cover and see if it works.

Is it new original ink tank? Or used before? If "ink level" counter reach to zero, the message "Ink Out", and just said "Not Recognized". use ink tank with autorest chip.
