I can't find the software for my gogear vibe where can I go to get the software in order for me to get videos on my gogear vibe.

The only software that usually comes with the Phillips GoGear VIBE players is Phillips Songbird.

The software is on the unit itself and needs to be installed. 2 ways to do this other than trying to find it and download from online
Method one: open computer (my computer) And you should see songbird registering as a cd. This I am finding to be normal when the software is on the unit. Just click on it as you normally would and follow the onscreen directions. Simple as that. Just a note songbird is outdated and does have issues on Windows 8/8.1. but is the only program I have found to properly format movies and transfer them to the unit.

Method two: You can download songbird whether from Philips (preferably) or from a 3rd party site such as Filehippo.com or majorgeeks,com
Do not use Downloads.com they do not check thorough for infected files. and have cost me hrs regaining my pc!!
