From your other post, it's look like your hdd isn't recognised in bios, that's why it try to boot from other resourse like dvd, network.
hdd and motherboard can cause that problem, most likely is your hdd.
if you still have warranty, ask for hdd replacement.
if you don't have, buy new hdd.

As you have not exactly stated the model no so I would suggest the followoing

Acer (Aspire, ): Press [F2] or [Del] Immediately After Power Up
Acer (Altos 600 Server): Press [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[Esc] or [F1] During Boot (for Advanced Options)
Acer (Older PC): Press [F1] or [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[Esc] to Access BIOS

very easy dude acer site is not imp other sites also provide all driver make sure audia driver u want type in google all pc driver or all audio driver if you can't find then reply me i will told you kkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
