USB Flash Drivers are an automatic install and so should work out of the box. If they aren't then can you try another flash drive? Can you also try and use another known working device in that same USB port? Is it the USB port that is damaged? Does the PNY work in another computer?

Hey, I've just been having this problem. Try pressing CTRL + SHIFT + FN all at the same time. I found out that I had to press them once to turn on the green keys, and then press them twice more to turn it off. I hope that works for you.

is your Hard drive Detected by the computer? check it in Bios if it is detected or not,if it is detected then select first boot device as Hard drive. still you are getting the same problem then there might be chances that your OS is corrupted and you need to re install it.

first make sure if you have any cd in the tray or usb connected. If yes, remove these and try reboot. if problem still persists, use boot disc that your manufacturer supplied to repair your laptop.
