Go back through the release process you did the first time to remove the stuck disk. it appears that part of the mechanism that moves the drive did not engage again.
On the DVD drive door there is a very small rectangular push button. It is about 5/32 inch wide by 3/8 inch long. it may take several several attempts at pushing the button but it should open the drive. If it does not open up the My Computer icon of your computer and left click on the DVD icon. When the drop down box appears select eject and right click on it. That should open your drive. I hope info this helps you.
CD Drive Tray problems There are two ways to open the CD drive door if the button just below the drive tray does not work. Go to My Computer and right click on the drive and click on Eject. If this does not work then you can manually open the CD drive tray by - Straighten a paper clip and gently insert it into a tiny hole below the drive tray next to the Eject button. Push the paper clip gently until the drive tray pops out, then pull the tray until it is fully out, then you can remove the CD disc. If you continue having problem opening with the Eject button, then the CD drive is faulty and needs replacing.
You can always try getting a jumbo paperclip, unbending it once, and inserting it into the small circular hole on the front of your drive.
When you push the paperclip in, it is like a "manual" way of opening the tray (it's not going to fully eject, just only a little bit at a time). This can be done if the power is off, too.
If your drive doesn't have the hole, then you'll have to probably take it to a repair shop.
Look at the drive there should be a tiny pin hole near the eject button, insert a needle (safety pin, sewing, etc.) into the pin hole and push this opens the drive. You can also try opening my computer and right clicking the DVD drive and select eject. After you do this close the drive and try the button again it may just be stuck if it still won't eject you can try and pop off the front of the drive (very simple it locks back on easily) and find the place where the button connects to the drive to eject and push it, If it still won't open it is your hardware.
Open the computer casing to access the DVD drive from inside.
Disconnect the cable on the DVD drive leaving only the power supply connected to it.
Turn on the computer.
Push the OPEN/CLOSE button on the DVD drive. If it does not open, the drive is broken or the door drive motor is defective. If it opens, push the button repeatedly to open and close the door repeatedly to release any frozen part.
If the door does not stuck anymore, shut down the computer.
There's a little pin hole somewhere on the front of the drive. Find something thin and push it in quite hard, this manually releases the drive mechanism and opens the drive.
if when you push the button its led flash but not opening, turn off your computer and open its door by a needle enter and push it in the ole in center of its panel under the door. whon the door open a little use your hand and open it.
if the this not solve the problem there is a hardware problem :(
But if the drive dosent work at all (even the led light) maybe it's the power, then open th case left door and check th power cable...
I hope this helps...
