I have a Samsonite suitcase with a TSA002 lock. Since it has once been opened by customs my combination doesn't work any more. How can I reset it?

Anyway, I think that if you definitely can't lock the lock as it is right now - it means it's physically damaged, though I'm not 100% sure about it...
