To all of you who have the "TSA007" locks:
This lock cannot be open without the "right" code.
The keyhole you see, is ONLY for customs in airports around the world.
This is so that they can open your'e luggage without breaking your'e suitcase...
Sorry folks!...but the only way you will get it open, is to break your'e suitcase...

Can I buy a key?
It was a confirmation to what I thought ! We should all sue TRITON for selling locks that ARE NOT RESETTABLE !!! They mention "Re-settable 3 dial for extra security" but they don't give instructions inside the package explaining HOW TO RESET or HOW TO SET THE COMBINATION !
Not true. They're very easy to pick using the TSA entry point using a standard picking technique -- apply twist and rake the pins. However, you can find the combination with just a flashlight.

I was having the same problem now... I OPENED THE LOCK !! by inserting a scissor blade into the keyhole and gently turning it !! It worked and the lock opened !! :)

Sweet, you managed to open it! To reset the lock, try looking under the clasp at the numeric dials. There is a gap under the dial where the latch can go in to release the clasp. Try to align them all again. These gaps move when latch is engaged and dial is turned; this sets a new numeric combination.

Just stop by some store or department store. The sales person of the samsonite know how to. I did this. And fast and easy.

Somehow my lock got locked with the hasp not inside the lock mechanism. I was able to use a paper clip to trigger the tumbles then turn the mechanism. Once I had it unlocked I was able to reset the code using the reset procedure.

If she's locked inside, shouldn't we help her out ?

OMG, is she still stuck in there ? Are you feeding her through a straw ?

It's easier to pick these locks using the TSA master lock than finding the combination, but there is a way of finding the combination.
Shine a light on the edge of the lock and rotate each tumbler, slowly. If you look underneath each dial, you'll see there is a double groove that moves into position as you turn the dial. Each tumbler appears to have two elements that rotate but only one of them looks like a square groove viewed from above.
Turn each tumbler until the double groove lines up. In my case, this gave me 204.
You then subtract one from each tumbler so they all move around by one position, i.e., 193. This is the combination.
You can now push the hasp down at the 90° position and turn it to 180° (directly opposite the closed position) and set the new combination.
In my case, I think somebody accidentally put the lock into set mode and scrambled the combination so picking it didn't help me.
