While using the Shark, it stopped steaming and is not heating up. The green light is on, but it doesn't steam when you push down on the handle and doesn't appear to be hot.

It just stopped working nobody broke it it just stopped i plug it in the light comes on it gets hot but no steam comes out. i havnt had it long i dnt know what to do
