I cannot figure out how to specify the destination folders or emails for scanned documents
What u need to scan to emails is the email smtp ip address.
just put the ip smtp address in the network setting>smtp address
and try to ping from ur B250, if the result is OK, then u have the connection. go to Utility/Counter>user setting>one touch to register
the user address, then scan it, u should be getting the scanned file in ur inbox.
You need to create a "one-touch"
This can be done in the Admin Screen without having to enter a code.
Better yet is to just yype the IP address into your browser and create them there.
The copier will need an email address in order to send them and you may need to log out and then back into the 250 as an "Admin".
