I have a WEBCAM PRO5000 and window7 but its not compatible.what will i do?

You are right - the camera is not supported by logitech for Windows 7 and I am surprised that you have some level of use with it.
A couple of things you can try -
1) Instead of restarting your computer just unplug the webcam for a few seconds and then plug it back in.
(This will re-boot the webcam software) the same as restarting the computer)
2) Do a quick check running the webcam in Compatibility Mode
Right click on the webcam icon on your desktop or the webcam file from 'All Programs' - select 'Properties'
Select the 'Compatibility' tab
Select 'Compatibility Mode'
Use the dropbox to show the OS you have successfully used before
Click OK
Restart your computer

You need the drivers for the web cam.
Was this webcam built in or you bought it separately?
Please could you tell me the model number and name of the company so that I could help you find the drivers for it (if its compatible with windows 7).

WHAT TYPE OF WEBCAM IS IT? DID YOU CHECK MANUFACTURERS WEB SITE FOR IT, TO MAKE SURE IT`S COMPATIBILITY WITH WIND 7? I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM, UNFURTUNETALLY I CHANGED MY CAM BECAUSE MANUFACTURER DIDN`T HAVE DRIVER FOR WIND 7

This problem is most probably cause by CODEC incompatability. IE: Your Camera saves in one format that your Playback program cannot identify or use.. Please check as to the "Format" that the Cam saves in... and then obtain and install a compatible CODEC to "Play" the recorded video. Also check screen resoloution colour depth and Overlay settings.
