When i turn my digital camera on with the memory card in it (XD M256mb) it says the card is full. I go to erase photos and it says there are no photos to erase. If i take the memory card out, i can take 15 pictures before the camera is full. How do i access the memory card?

Sounds like you will need to format the memory card. This will permanently erase all the data from the card and then you will be able to use it again. To format the card: Press the Ok button - right arrow to Mode Menu - down arrow to Card tab - right arrow to card setup - right arrow to format option. You will see format yes or no. Choose Yes and press ok. This will clear the card full message and the card can be used again.

Fuji f470 camera will not turn on. It was beeping and

Here are a couple of things that might be wrong. Your camera comes with what is called "internal memory" This is where your pictures will be stored if you don't have a XD card. One of the reasons your camera might be blinking is because that internal memory is full. If you don't have a XD card inserted in the slot that may be your problem. I would get your manual out and look up on how to transfer your photos from your camera to your computer or how to deleat them. I found this information on page 25 of the user manual for your camera. Page 31 shows how to erase the images. Hope this helps.

Xd memory card

A card access error may indicate that an xD-Picture Card memory card is in a write-protected condition. xD-Picture Card memory cards have a special protection feature to ensure that your pictures are kept safe. NOTE: During this condition, you can still use the printer for printing and saving photos from the xD-Picture Card to a secure location, such as the computer hard drive. To resolve this error, try the following:
  • Reinsert the xD-Picture Card memory card into your camera and turn on the camera. In most cases, the camera automatically makes the necessary changes.
  • Reformat the xD-Picture Card memory card. See the documentation that came with your camera for instructions on reformatting the memory card. Note that this process erases the pictures currently saved to your memory card. To save these pictures, transfer them to the computer before reformatting the memory card. Once you reformat the memory card, transfer those photos back to the memory card using the computer.
