Magic chef gas/electric rv fridge freezer gets cold but fridge dosn't

Is compressor running continuously or is it clicking on and off every couple minutes? Is there any frost buildup on inside back wall of freezer?

I recently had the same problem on a Westinghouse fridge freezer. There was a vent bringing cold air from the freezer to the fridge. This vent was in the freezer low down behind the evaporator coil. It had become blocked when a piece of insulation had moved over several years. Might be worth checking.

I am sorry to say that unless you can find a way to repair the puncture and refill the system with freon, you are going to have to buy another refrigerator.

That can be very difficult to do with a mini refrigerator. There is just not enough separation between the freezer and the refrigerator.

You will likely just have to find a compromise setting and accept the results.

have a dometic rm2852 fridge . does not switch over from 110 volt to gas automaticlly. it will click but not ignite. can you help?
