The code is a10 this is normally a heating issue but could also be a foaming problem which could also be your poor washing results put a cleaner through with a lime scale remover
If spin speed happening during what should be Wash speed then sounds like faulty speed control module/ could also be Tacho has fallen off end of motor;small round coil operated by a magnet which pulses a speed control circuit in the module/check also pump is okay and filter clean.Try resetting if you can, book will show you how to..Good luck
Could be the pump blocked or not working, check the pump for blockages or wiring faults. For Hotpoint, Creda and Indesit error codes that include flashing lights visit selfix-uk
The outlet pump could be triggered because the "anti flood device" polystireen float and micro switch at the base of the washer has detected a water leak from a leaky hose or water spil) This device automatically puts the pump out motor on and stops any washing process. You need to dry the base of the washer and determine what caused the water spill. This should start the washing prosess.
check pump/filter/outlet hose for blockages. if ok, check pressure switch (disc shaped item at top of machine with 4? wires and a tube) by blowing into it gently - should hear clicks, then blow into tube to pressure chamber - should be clear.
I am hoping I have just fixed mine with same problem. Couple weeks ago started stopping at start of cycle with fast button flashing. Check filters so one on top of unside machine and one on tap if you have one on there. Mine were blocked but still wouldnt work. I pulled out machine to find a kink in the water pipe. I have straightened this out and up to now its working. Fast button flashing refers to water inlet problem.
