How hard is it to remove the seat for transport in a SUV

Jim not too hard unless its not been removed in a while. Unplug the joystick cable running to the rear of the chair pull up the seat release lever usually on the right side of the seat and twist and lift up on the seat at the same time hopefully the seat will lift right off. Now before you try all that remove the headrest from the rear seat and lift up on the seat adjustment lever and fold the seat back forward as far as it will go. Measure the heigth of the chair in that position and measure the heigth of your SUV opening if it is 3-4 inches lower then the chair should fit without having to remove the seat. You could also unscrew the armrests where they go into the risers at the rear of the seat and lay them on the back of the lowered seat back and drive the chair into the SUV using a ramp. This used to work for me when loading into a Jimmy SUV Hope this helps you
