I convert a video from youtube to my mp3 and i could play the video on my windows media player but when i sync the video to my mp3 player it either wont work or it will just become an audio

You should connect your playes to the computer using the USB cable it has. It should appear as a Retrivable Disk. Depending on bran, some has a folder called music, Copy your mp3 files to that folder.

You did not say what manufacture your MP3 player is so it is hard to tell you what to do.
I will assume you have a normal MP3 player...not an Ipod.
Check to see what format your MP3 player will play...because the I-tunes songs are in ACC.
Normal everyday players play MP3,WMA,ect...but will not play ACC that plays on ipods.
You will also need to download (FREE) and run a media converter so that you can convert your ACC music files to MP3,WMA,etc files that will play on your MP3 player.
Once you have your music converter and on Windows Media Player, then you can transfer them to your MP3 player
What your going to have to do is follow these instructions below:

Music to MP3 Player

1...You must download and install Windows Media Player 11 on your computer.
NOTE...Some older MP3 players will not work with Windows Media Player 11 or Windows 7 with Windows Media Player 11.
If this happens to you, then you will have to uninstall Windows Media Player 11 and install Windows Media Player 10.
2...After you have downloaded and installed Media Player on your computer.
3...Open Media Player on your computer.
4...Install all your music into Media Player that you want to install on your MP3 player.
5...Plug in your MP3 player to the computer using your Data/Sync cord, be sure that Windows Media Player is on.
6...Media player should recognize the MP3 player and sync with it.
7...After it is sync'ed with the computer,you can add the music you have installed into Windows Media Player to your MP3 Player.

Please explain what error message is coming when you are playing videos through youtube.
Main problem of not playing videos is flash player.Whether it is outdated or not properly installed.
Try reinstalling flash player or updating.

you have to sync those files with windows media converter then it will play them ive had success using arcsoft media converter 4 converting the file to wmv then using windows media player to sync that file to my sony mp3

Go To the Zune site and get the Zune software to do that.

No usually media player will not play this type of file it will be a FLV type file format.
You can download some stand alone player to play the fiiles like this.

OR you can also download and install this package, this will allow Media PLayer to play the UTube files as well.
Both works well.

For getting videos from youtube you need to download youtube robot. Using Windows Media Player works well for syncing videos on mp3 players.

Plug it into a computer with a usb cable and sync it with windows media player or drag and drop your wanted files onto the mp3 player.

FIrst ensure the converter options are set for:
1) Video type = "AVI"
2) Screen width and height = "128X128"
Convert the video.
Open WIndows Media Player with the device connected.
Drag the converted file into the sync list area
Click on the Start Sync button to transfer to your mp3 player.
Now the player should be able to play the video.
