Can't see all my songs and can't delete songs

After switching my mp3 player to the MTP mode, I can see now the majority of my songs but now my recently added songs are nowhere to be seen. When I click on My Computer/Sansa e260/PPI NAND/Jamie, I can see the recently added ones but they must be saved somewhere differently than the rest of my songs. I don't know how to get them to be in the same places as the rest of my songs. If I did a Sync with them, I'd only be re-adding them to my mp3 player and they are already in there. Any ideas?

and from the songs I can see from my mp3 player, windows media player won't let me delete any songs. It says Windows Media Player cannot delete a file from the device. I tried disconnecting the player and reconnecting it to my computer but it didn't help. Any ideas for this problem as well?

Maybe this is supposed to be how I download but what about the songs I've already downloaded. I don't see how this would help see all of those. Any other advice?

Problem viewing recently added songs

Move those songs to the My Music folder, and they will all be in the same place on your computer. Switch to Auto USB mode instead of MTP - the hidden music folder should become visible.

Deleting demo songs

For Windows XPTM users, you are connecting the device in MTP mode to the computer by default. You will need to set the device to MSC mode, so go to the device menu\Settings\Advanced\Protocol = > Press Play/Pause key to select MSC mode which will appear as such on the screen. Reconnect the device to the computer, and you can now see those files and delete them.
DO NOT forget to set the device back to MTP mode when finished, so go to device menu\Setting\Advanced = > Select MTP mode.
