"Dark" Picture The projector works fine in all respects except that the picture is darker than it should be. I've played around with most of the settings including the brightness levels but to no avail. To I need a new bulb, or do you think the lens needs cleaning from the inside? If it does need cleaning, how is this accomplished? TIA

Hi, please try to a different cable, reseat the bulb & try a different input source such as VCR, DVD or different computer. You can also try replacing the bulb. If issue still present call the projector manufacturer for service or they may excersie the great warranty option of that projector.

First, average life on these sets is about 3 to 4 years at best and only boards are sold so even if you can pin point the board (no individual parts are sold) it is likely if will not get fixed and doing so is a bad investment as all the boards are now old.
