I would closely examine the exit roller. When the paper fans; it's sticking on something. Typically, stuff will ":hide" on rollers; or maybe stuck on a sensor. Using a good flashlight will help.

Paper jam laser

Could be dirt or a bit of paper stuck to one of the rollers or one of the rollers has jammed. You may have to strip it down a bit to get access to clear foreign objects.

Hi, my magicolor 2300 w is doing a noise when trying to use the red color and the paper is printed without red color

Have you got another cart to test it with? Sounds like roller in red is jamming. Remove it and reseat it again.

Paper jam repeatedly

Possible cause:
The eject rollers get too slippery because of paper dust and other foreign matter.
Recommendation:
Clean the eject rollers with a paper towel dampened with water. A second cleaning may be
necessary. The easiest way to do this (without disassembling the machine for full access to
the rollers) is to hold the dampened paper towel against the rollers and make a blank print.
Clean the rollers as they turn and remove the paper towel as the paper ejects. Repeat as
necessary.
Now is a good time to also clean the paper pick up roller and feed rollers to prevent
feeding problems.

My Konica Minolta Printer cuts paper

You most likely have a "claw" out of place in the fusing section. These are sharp little spring guided teeth that keep the paper off of the heated roller. If you had a paper jam and pulled the paper out forcefully it can flip these claws out of place, causing it to cut your paper. (or jam more often). To find these claws, follow the heat. They rest on the hottest part of the pressure rollers of the fuser.

Paper jam message on Magicolor 2300W

How do you clean the rubber rollers, hope you didnt use solvent....
Use dry cloth with dishwashing fluid only to wipe the rollers.  You will notice the increase in grip immediately.

Paper jam

take out all the paper from the loading tray, and press down on the inside of the tray 4 or 5 times, and put a sheet back in. There seems to be a physical irregularity with all 2300DL printers that causes this problem

Labels jamming

Check the entire paper processing path as it sound like either the roller gear is not engaging properly to push the paper out of the top, or the output paper path is somehow blocked, like from a label or something else stuck at the top, the roller gear is damaged, or other obstruction.
