Magicolor 2300dldl fatal error code 14h
The second transfer roller might be missing. Is not properly installed. If you open the printer you will see a roller made of sponge like material. That is the second transfer roller. Replace it if above does not work also ensure the transfer belt is properly installed. that is across from it in the machine.

C1183 is for Finishing Option Elevator Drive Failure. Most of the time when I see this code it is because 1 or both bins are not fully inserted into their slots. The bins when all the way in will trip small switches to tell the machine where the bins are. In your case this may not be true due to the noise you are hearing unless the elevator has already driven the unit all the way to the top or bottom.
C11BO is for Finishing Option Stapler Unit CD Drive failure. I have never seen this code come up before but as you can see, both of these codes are coming from the Finishing Option which you have just installed. It is very possible that the unit has some shipping or other damage and there is nothing you have done wrong. If it were just the C1183 I would feel differently.
I would start by checking the stapling unit and make sure that you got the packing tape and materials out of the inside of the finisher that hold the stapling unit during shipping. Most likely the 1183 code was from the bins but I am not sure of that as it could also be a shipping damage issue. Hope this helps!

Konica Minolta 1690MF causing Fuser Paper Jam
The problem is in weakened solenoid's (SD2) spring (10). That solenoid located under metal cover (13) on left side of 1690MF (if look at front of them). Required solenoid has red wires. Remove metal cover with 3 screw, unscrew solenoid and just slightly stretch spring (10). That is all.
Konica Minolta 2490MF - Paper size error
Need to set A4 size default on the printer driver itself.
Go to Printers and Faxes / Konica Minolta 2490MF right click/ Printing preferences /
Create a "Easy Set" with a new name. Set all paper sizes to A4. Save the new settings to the new Easy Set.
Click apply.

Can not get this to recongize toner?
did you change toner from printer menu or rotate toner rack manually ??? this printer toners must be changed from printer menu, because printer counts toner there is no chip on toner.
