When i touch the screen with the stylist nothing happens, the game is on there but using the stylist to navigate the game doesn't work. buttons all work but using stylist doesn't..........any suggestions
It is probably because either your not holding the stylis at the right angle or because under neath the screen their is asenser like thing that notifys you touching the screen maybe that senser isn't working.you should get it checked.GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!

If is is a Windows login password, just reinstall the Operating System and forgo the use of passwords (if you can't remember them). If it is password on boot (before even Windows loads) there is nothing you can do about it, except take it to Fujitsu Certified Service Center to have the password erased.
The most common problem is that you might have disessembled your dsixl and might have damaged the wires. It wouldn't just break in the first day you get it. So i recommend you to send it to the nintedo or find a local geed to get it fixed. If you break somehting, you can't fix it by your self.
You need to recalibrate. Try pushing B, A, Hint, and Home when you turn it on. Do not have a cartridge in the player or it will think it is a regular Leapster. Once it says calibrate screen it will say to press A, then wait until a target appears in the upper left hand corner, touch it and you should hear a sound, then a new target appears in the lower left hand, repeat actions, then lower right hand screen, and finally the upper right hand screen. If it stops at any time and doesn't get more arrows, try it again or turn it off and see if the pen works. It may take a few tries to get it to recalibrate correctly.
You need to recalibrate it. You can do that by taking out all games and booting it. Use your thumbpad to navigate to the calibrate option since the screen/stylus the problem.
