Hello sir this is baba.I am using a samsung metro mobile.Recently i bought a anycom HS-777 Headset.i can not accessing this device to my mobile.Why ?.Is this not suitable for samsung mobile OR if it is possible send the caution to my mail ID [email protected]. ya i have bought bh 505 yesterday and i am using samsung wave s8500...i have connected my phone with bh 505....its very easy...while turning on your bluetooth headset you have to press and hold for long time till a blu light appears then you turn on bluetooth in your phone and search...it will recognise and pair the device...thats alll ucan use it now...itss awesome....

with the device off hold down the on/off button and keep holding it. The led will start blinking blue (keep holding) and then red (keep holding) and finally flash between blue and red. Now let go of the button - it is in discoverable mode.

Normally: Hold the main button on the headset until the blue/red lights alternate (Or other colours) and the phone should be able to pair with it.

May I get the make and model # of the head set to help you more.

Turn off the Anycom headset. After it is off, press and hold the silver power button. You will see a blue light come on but dont let go off the power button, keep holding it till the light turns red. Then the device will be in pairing mode. Turn on the phone and make sure that the phone is visible in the bluetooth settings. Scan for a device in the phone and you should see the Anycom headset. If it asks for a code to enter then the code is either 0000 or 1234 or 9999.

Specific instructions on how to connect it will depend on your Bluetooth mobile phone model. Typically, this has to be done by going to a setup or connect menu and then selecting the options to discover Bluetooth devices.

Before you start the process, make sure the Aris21 is fully charged and the charging cable is disconnected from it and while the
Aris21 is powered off, press and hold S1 for 10 seconds: red and green LEDs flashing alternately will indicate that the headset is in pairing mode.

Then follow the operating instructions for your Bluetooth mobile phone to start the pairing process. Bluetooth may take several seconds to establish a connection.

Your phone's display should indicate that it has found the “ANYCOM ARIS-21” headset and asks if you want to pair it. You should confirm this. The phone's display would prompt you for a passkey or PIN. Enter a sequence of “0000”.

The headset LED will flash green every 3 seconds, indicating successful pairing. Usually the phone will also ask whether
you want to change the headset's name. It is recommended to approve the ANYCOM ARIS-21 name and not change it.

If pairing does not occur as expected: Turn the headset and the phone off and wait for 10 seconds. Turn the headset and phone on again and repeat all steps from beginning. Pairing does authorize the devices like mobile phones and headsets with each other and only needs to be performed once.

After successfully pairing the ARIS-21 and the mobile phone, you may need to establish a Bluetooth link between them according
to the operation manual of your mobile phone. To establish the link, press S1 shortly. Use Nokia 6130i as an example, the mobile
phone will show „Do you accept ARIS-21 request for connection?” Select YES to establish the link. You are ready to make and
answer calls on the Headset. For other phones, please follow the operation manual to establish the link.

I had the same problem... with my laptop, using vista. I plugged the mic dirrectly into my laptop and for some miracle, it works! try it out! ^-^

Default pin is "0000"

if you press the power button and hold until the blue light stays on the set is then in find mode, at this point use your phone to search for new devices and when it finds it it will see the HS820 and probably ask for a pin number this is 0000, when they are paired the blue light will flash and then flash intermitently from then on.
