Sony Wega 32" KV 32FS13 - we have lost our remote, and I can't get a universal remote to work. Somehow parental controls are set (I am the parent and did not set them) and I want to remove the parental contols without the remote. I can get to the parental controls screen on the menu, but can't enter the password because I have no remote. Suggestions?

My sony that i bought used has a parental block. dont know the code. no remote!!
Hello,
You will need a universal remote, however, the master password is 4357. After the master password, you must create a new password, it cannot be used to unlock currenly blocked channels.

I have a 32" rca tv. model #27vsi3t that I accidentally went to the main menu and locked the tv so that I can't turn it on from the television . how do I unlock it.
If you forget your password, press and hold TV on the remote and the
MENU button on the television simultaneously for 3 seconds. Parental
controls will then unlock and you can re-enter a password via Lock
Parental Controls.

Quick tip: Make sure you aim the remote at the TVs sensor while you press the TV button, and hold the menu button in on the front of the television.

Young son locked tv parental control
Under the main menu, go to the Parent tab and enter the Master Password: 4357. This will completely clear the present password. You can enter a new one afterward.

Hi. depending of your t.v .. is it old model.. do you have enough a.v. output . if not .. trying to get a audio and video selector .. with a dvd . aux. vcr, a.v. .... for the remote control .. if your t.v and your dvd is listed on the universal remote .. I dont see why not
