The 4 blinks usually mean a vertical deflection problem. If you can solder you should be able to repair this yourself. Let me know if you wish to attempt the repair and I'll provide more details and instructions.

better remove the flyback and bring it to the spare parts vendors who has a flyback tester and let them test it to their apparatus...or test the hv diode located at the side of fly back by your self if it got shorted (but mostly it doesn`t happens).look at your diagram and write down the original part number of transistor and it`s original trade mark and replace it after you checked the fly back and the diode(sometimes imitations don`t lasts long).

Check the speaker/s first. If found OK, check and replace damaged component/s at it audio output section circuit. These blinks are fault indication, and known as blinking codes. From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON; you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside the TV. This will make repair easy. Try pressing Tv/Video on the remote control and see if it doesn't switch input modes. If it doesn't, follow these steps:

1) Press the menu button

2) Navigate over to Channel Setup

3) Move down to Video Label and select it

4) Make sure none of the video inputs are labeled "SKIP". If so then do the following

5) Highlight the input labeled "SKIP" and select it

6) Use the up and down arrows and you should see a different name for the input. This will enable the selected input to be used.

7) Exit the menu by pushing the menu button on the remote.

8) Press Tv/Video on the remote and you should see the other stuff (cable, vcr, xbox, etc.).

Code 5 is "AKB error". AKB, or auto kine bias, is a cicuit that monitors the three color guns of the picture tube (red, green and blue) and tries to adjust them for proper color balance. If it can't, the picture is blanked (usually) and the timer/standby light blinks 5 times. When the color drives aren't balanced, you see a color tint in the picture like you're describing.

There might be a problem in the AKB circuit, or the picture tube may just be old enough that the AKB circuit has run out of adjustment range. If the tube is at fault, you should consider replacing the set. A new tube will cost nearly as much as a new 32-inch LCD TV, and you'll need to pay someone to install it and set it up. There are special tools required to perform the convergence which gets the color guns aligned with the face of the tube so they hit the right colors.

If you'd like to try tinkering with the service menu adjustments, this site explains how to access the menu and gives a list of settings.
