Sony trinitron kv-32fs16 reset parental control
Sony Google tv can't make factory reset went I try I just have a black screen help please

I had the same problem 3 years ago. I called in a Sony tech and he said this was a common problem with this model. He replaced several resistors and resoldered several "Coaled Solder" connections. The repair ran $187 but the set has run great ever since!

Under the main menu, go to the Parent tab and enter the Master Password: 4357. This will completely clear the present password. You can enter a new one afterward.

In sony tv`s the 4 blink code(sony error codes)usually means that there is a vertical deflection problem.
It is often caused by a faulty vertical output i.c and/or related components.
If you feel handy with a soldering iron let me know and i`ll help you with it.

Download the service manual to your tV from net. It will have all details.
3 Press TV POWER on the TV. (The TV will turn itself off, then back
on.)
4 Release RESET.
OK
1 Press POWER to turn on the TV.
2 Hold down RESET on the remote control.
3 Press TV POWER on the TV. (The TV will turn itself off, then back
on.)
4 Release RESET.
OK.
