The vacuum within your picture tube is evacuating. This is technically known as a "High GR" (Gas Ratio) condition. The CRT picture tube would need to be replaced to repair the TV. This would not be very economical. You should consider replacing the TV as soon as finances permit. I hope this was helpful, best wishes.

My Samsung plasma PS46f8500 flashes 14 times , and doesn't display a picture. Any idea what would be the problem?

Doesn't sound good. Try unplugging it for awhile and then plug it in again. If it still isn't working take it for service or get a new TV.

2000 grand am bogs engine light flashes stays on for awhile then goes off

The flashing light is indicating an "over fueling" condition that can cause damage to the catalytic converter.
A defective or stuck injector is typically the root cause.
Take the vehicle to your local Auto Zone and ask to have the trouble codes read. Write the codes down and respond back to me, we can get started on fixing the issue.

F3 is Open oven temperature sensor circuit, to fix this you need to read oven temperature sensor circuit at oven temperature sensor ( approx 1000 ohms at room temp); check for cut or pinched wire or loss of contact, if wirings are ok, then replace the probe.

Flashing icon when taking pics

Based on the settings that your camera is in, it is telling you that you are at risk of camera shake. This is just telling you that you can expect to see a blurry picture if you continue to take that picture and that it will slow down the shutter speed to achieve the proper exposure and that is why you are at risk of camera shake. The longer the shutter is open, the more chance that you are going to move so to solve this you have a few options:
  • turn up ISO
  • use tripod
  • use flash
Hope this helps!
