Part(s) needed for Solis Master 5000 in New Zealand
Hi all,
I am trying to find a repair part for our broken Solis 5000 (in New Zealand) - a broken "boiler" (?) or heating element or whatever is the correct English word for it (sorry, English is not my mother tongue).
Our local repair (shop) tells me that there are no longer parts available for that model? Thanks, Michael

Here are the links to get replacement parts for your system. They are listed under the Vienna model, which has the same boiler system as the Solis Master 5000.
Best Wishes,
Lane

Usually Bi-Metallic strips are used as thermostat so they show very low resistance i.e. almost zero.
For your help, I am sharing Service Manual and User Manual.

I have been enjoying the Solis Master 5000 for a year. It's time to ... I haven't been able to find an actual user manual online...for some reason.
Check the water reservoir, if there is a float in the corner. Then that piece is not getting in contact with the reed switch in the machine. Try sliding the reservoir down the back of the machine so that it is always in contact with the back, or if the float is not rising when the reservoir is filled with water then the reed switch cannot detect the magnet in there. You might need a new float assembly.
Hi
There are a couple (3) of things that can cause this.
1. You have a broken brew drive but you would hear a clicking noise if this happens.
2. You have an over charge going into you brew unit. There is a small knob in your bean hopper. Turn it back 1 mark and try again.
3. Your grinder has come apart and is grinding very coarse. (French press size) New grinder.
Hi Sometimes when you first turn the machines on you need to run water through the wand to get them to start heating. If you have run water through the wand and it still won't heat up, you could have a bad board or sensor wire off, boiler wire off, bad element or thermostat.
There is an email address for product support so you can email them with your parts. Although the company is based in Switzerland I am sure they will be able to assist you and ship parts directly to you or find you a local store.
