I have been enjoying the Solis Master 5000 for a year. It's time to ... I haven't been able to find an actual user manual online...for some reason.
Check the water reservoir, if there is a float in the corner. Then that piece is not getting in contact with the reed switch in the machine. Try sliding the reservoir down the back of the machine so that it is always in contact with the back, or if the float is not rising when the reservoir is filled with water then the reed switch cannot detect the magnet in there. You might need a new float assembly.
Hi
You need to check that the magnet in the water tank is floating when the water is half way up in the tank. If it is not floating or is missing, that is your problem. If it is floating you may have a bad sensor inside that reads the magnet or the magnet is bad..
Hi On top of the machine under the water tank is a doughnut cover. Pry the cover up and it should pop off. There is a black seal in the center that will shrink over time with calcium and that just needs to be replaced. When you go to replace it it will not slip in. You need to run your finger nail around the bottom of the seal to get it in. Then it will push down. Flat part of the seal up.
Here are the links to get replacement parts for your system. They are listed under the Vienna model, which has the same boiler system as the Solis Master 5000.
Best Wishes,
Lane
