I have a Harwa t.v that wont change the channel, It can do everything else but is stuck on one channel. It wont even go on to a.v because it has a lock on it. How do I get the lock off if I dont even know the pin

you can fix this by resetting the television to factory default,
Forced to factory default: press and hold [VOLUME ( - )] on the TV and press [MENU] on the remote 2 seconds. Exit: Unplug Power to reset.
If it does not help, the main board need to replace.
