There's also software drivers that you shoulda installed on your computer - the printer driver, P-touch Editor, addins for Word and Excel, etc.

Normally theres a lever you pull (the same one you use to manually pull the labels through), if you pull that, you should be able to blow the label out, or pull it through.

It has no ink as it is a thermal printer.   Make sure you are using genuine Brother Thermal Labels.

Normal 0 Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
