I have a Brother QL-550 label writer and I need to do some printing in MS Word 2003. I have done this inthe past with a specific label size. I haven't changed anything in my settings and when I look at my settings, it shows the correct label, but when I select Print, Word suggests that I have set another label size. I can easily print out from Notepad with the correct label size

Either the wrong printer is selected or the wrong size label inserted. Another possibility could be the incorrect size label in the format.

This because you might have kept the larger size catridge so that you wil not be able to print smaller size labels.please change small size catrige so that you can print what size you want.

It has no ink as it is a thermal printer.   Make sure you are using genuine Brother Thermal Labels.
