Smeg washer/dryer not filling

All front loading washers will fill and drain multiple times before it finishes. water not been filled quick enough have you made sure the water is turn on fully and check the filter they get clogged up

Could be the circuit board at fault

What water temp do you wash on and what water temp for rinse?

Around 5 gallons per FiLL more then 1 fill per cycle add up all the fills for the cycle that you use..that will give you the total water used...hope I helped thanks for voting...
