My ps3 want come on, every time i try to turn it on it the green light comes on then turns yellow and then goes to the red blinking light, the blue light does not come on at all. It's not overheating because it hasn't been on in about 4 days.

This is the yellow light of death i got it some time ago and had to buy a new ps3 there is a way to fix it but i costs more than a new ps3 i had to buy a new one so your screw lol.
Most likely the disc has gotten jammed in the drive. Your best solution is to find an official Sony repair center if it is still on warranty. If not, find someone who is willing to take it apart and remove the CD/DVD/Blu-ray disc.
Possibly the very common mother board failure. Slight possibility that the power supply is failed, but the capacitors in either component can be tested with capacitor tester and service manual to test for the faulty component.
