There is a indent in the front of the face of the radio. Try to push it with a sharp pencil or pen. It might reset the cd part and eject button might work again. If not you may have a cd stuck in it then you can try get tweezers and pull it out or a credit card and try to straighten it out. Those were some of the techniques I used when I was an installer for 12 yrs.

HI, this is totally main board failure. try to unplug for 3 minutes then, plug back in after the three minute shutdown. if this continues, replace the main board(control).
basically just carefully insert another CD into the slot, but only about 1 to 2 inches of the disk and keep jiggling the disk around and pressing the eject button.

there is a corkscrew in the unit on the right side, you would hav to remove top cover to see it, its an easy fix, the corkscrew is made out to plastic, when it wears done it gets stuck so the unit wont open all the way and the sensor makes it go back up and then down several time, http://www.dualav.com/contact.html you might be able to get replacement parts, its an easy fix
Per manual, you can lock a cd in by pressing and holding the power and cd button for moer than 2 secondsthe cd cannot be ejected. if acd is inserted upside down, please -eject appears.
