My WD seems to flood when it is being driven, otherwise it idles fine. I can drive it about 200 yards and then it floods out. I have to drain the carburetor before it will start again. it has an aftermarket carb kit installed.

It sounds like during the rebuild the float level some how was changed to a higher setting. There is a tab on the float that needs to be bent in order to change when the float valve actually closes. Seems your float valve adjustment is allowing the carb fuel level to be too high which will create the exact symptom that you described.
If the level is fine then there can be a small piece of debris in the float valve seat.
Also.. if the float itself has filled with fuel it can be too heavy to float and cause the float level position to remain low even when the carb is full not allowing the fuel supply to be shut off. If the new o-ring for the float valve was cut during installation it can also cause your current symptom.
At this point I just think that a float level adjustment is all that should be required.
with the float bowl screws loose the bowl should never overflow in a static condition. If it does the float level adjustment is off.

Thanks for using FixYa.

How to fix anti flood error on F60860

Error "i30" means that water remains in base because leakage or overflow. In this case, in order to prevent flooding, drain pump running continuously.
When we talk about AEG dishwasher, drain pump works even the power is turned off (must be connected to the wall outlet, otherwise anti-flooding system will not work).
Remedy: you should first remove the water from the bottom of the dishwasher and determine leakage.

If you work around the dishwasher, you always take care that appliance must be disconnected from the power supply.

Neff dishwasher continues to pump

Firstly if you haven't already you should probably check the flood switch with a multimeter, it may move freely but the contacts inside could be fused closed. Only the flood switch activates the drain full time otherwise it is directly controlled by the board so if its not the flood switch its probably the board. If the board has shorted you will likely see evidence of burnout on it.

Dishwasher is working fine however at the completion of the cycle and when it sits idle it seems to be flooding from under the filter area.Flooding is slow however but causes headaches when it breaches...

Your water fill valve is slowly leaking water into your dishwasher. Your need to turn off the house water valve, to your dishwasher, and see if the problem stops. If it does then replace the dishwasher water fill valve. If it doesn't stop, then you have water coming in through your drain lines, which is highly unlikely. You will have to check to make sure your drain line has a high loop in it, or install an air gap. Good luck, Appliance Specialists

I have a 1996 gmc yukon 4x4 have flood problems I have put in new fuel pump has good fuel pressure changed coolant sensors changed throttle body changed computer plugs wires distributor cap and button coil...

Possibly a busted fuel pressure regulator diaphragm. The regulator is mounted to the end of the fuel rail.
With the engine idling, pull the vacuum line off the regulator port. If gas comes out of the port, replace the regulator.

your unit shouldnt flood your yard .. now check your unit to see where your drain from your unit ( inside)is going .. if that is going outside where your unit is then there is where your water is coming from..

Shut off fuel to carburetor, drain carburetor. Open fuel and count to three then shut off fuel. Crank engine then pull choke for 1 second then push in. If engine starts open fuel valve at tank. Also try lowering float level in carburetor. Good luck.
