remove
the drum unit. on the part of the unit that goes first in machine is
the is waste toner container. on each side of the container there is a
screw, remove one screw and pull out the cover. slant the unit and the
waste will come out
pull out your drum unit. locate green tab on the right top of unit. now, take out one screw and remove small cover on the rear, right side and empty very carefully.
TO empty the waste toner on a KM/CS 1820 you have to remove one of the side covers from the drum unit on the machine and vac out the old toner i've had customers try to reuse the toner please do not do this. just vac it out good and your normaly good to go!!
There are two screws on the drum unit. They are on the left hand side and one on the right hand side. Remove the screw from one side and take off plastic small side cover. Dump the waste toner. Do the same for the other side and then put it back together. Turn machine off then on and the error code should be gone......
There is no plastic bottle in the Kyocera CS-1815.
